Karaoke Kash Kompetition Rules
All contestants must read the following rules and sign the contestant registration form with a witness signature as well. You must also complete a contestant registration form with a one-time entry fee of $10.00 at each participating bar where you chose to compete. Once you pay the entry fee for a location, you can compete any of the 8 weeks with no additional entry fees required. All contestants must be legal US citizens and must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry into the contest. No employees of any of the participating venues or their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings) are eligible to enter the contest. No employees of any of the sponsors or advertisers of the contest shall be permitted to enter. Only single person entries will be accepted; no groups or duets will be permitted. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. During the first eight (8) weeks of the contest (“the preliminaries”), participants will have the opportunity to sing two of their favorite songs. Based on memorized lyrics, vocals and performance including audience interaction, each week the crowd will choose two (2) contestants to move on to the local Quarterfinals to compete for smaller prizes and a spot in the Finals to compete for the $1,000.00 Grand Prize. The Finals will be held April 24, 2010, at a location to be determined. Each participating bar will have Venue-level Quarterfinals where the 16 contestants selected as winners over the last eight weeks. The contestants will compete for 8 openings in the Venue-level Semifinals. The following week, these 8 Semifinalists will compete for 1 opening in the Venue-level Finals. April 24th, these Finalists will compete for the 1 opening in the Event finals with the 1 winner from each of the other participating bars. Each bar will make the final decision for the advancement of contestant to represent their establishments in the finals. During the finals, contestants will choose two songs to perform. Judging for the preliminary rounds will be decided by crowd applause. A Five person panel of judges will determine the winners in the Finals using a point system that will be provided to all finalists before their performances.
General conditions: Sponsors, their affiliates, employees, agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; or for stolen, late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsors, their affiliates, employees, agents or representatives are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. If in the Sponsor’s exclusive judgment this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries/votes received prior to act that compromised the promotion. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents.

Get ready for greatest show on EARTH!
1.) All contests are sponsored by the corresponding establishment and by P.A.M. Productions.
2.) All contestants must be 21 or older to enter. No Exceptions!
3.) Only amateur singers (not on contract) will be allowed to enter. (No karaoke show owners, or employees of a karaoke show or the corresponding establishment will be allowed to enter.)
4.) Singers will be judged by audience participation during “the preliminaries.”
5.) Must have a minimum of two singers to hold the contest or it will be terminated for that evening.
6.) Corresponding establishments and P.A.M. Productions hold the right to disqualify any contestant for any fallacies or poor behavior provided or displayed by any one contestant.
7.) All songs must be part of the P.A.M. Productions Karaoke Song list. Outside karaoke music sources will be allowed, but P.A.M. Productions will not be responsible for the quality of sound.
8.) Corresponding establishments obtain the right to keep any individual from performing.
9.) Group acts will not be allowed. However, the act that starts must remain intact. Any substitution or reduction of contestants will result in termination of the act.
10.) For the final competition, one judge will be picked by each corresponding establishment (to represent their establishment). Two additional impartial judges will be selected by P.A.M. Productions.
